Kayte Graham is a founding director and President of the Kerr County River Foundation. With a background in agriculture and geography from Texas State University, Kayte operates a regenerative farm in Center Point focused on native habitat management and restoration.

She founded the Kerrville Farmers Market in 2017 and Central Provisions community cafe in 2022, both strengthening local food systems and community connections.

Following the major flood in Kerr County, Kayte recognized the need for informed advocacy for the river's long-term health, leading her to co-found KCRF. She views the Guadalupe River as a vital connection between people, place, and nature deserving thoughtful stewardship.

Jeremy Walther is a founding director and Treasurer of the Kerr County River Foundation. With a background in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences, Jeremy previously worked as a staff biologist for a consulting firm managing water quality monitoring for Central and South Texas waterbodies.

A Kerr County native and Center Point resident, he founded the Kerrville Urban Trail System, creating multi-use trail infrastructure that improves property values, emergency access, and community connectivity. As a local business owner, he has launched ventures that generate jobs and serve as community gathering spaces. His board experience spans healthcare, historic preservation, and nonprofit leadership.

Jeremy's approach to the River Foundation combines hands-on conservation work with strategic planning—from leading the River Trail Extension program to co-developing educational River Short Films. He views the Guadalupe River watershed as critical infrastructure deserving the same systematic investment and protection as roads and bridges.

Clinton Carter is a Watershed Ecologist with the Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District where he leads efforts to assess, monitor, and protect the ecological integrity of surface water and groundwater resources. His work emphasizes water quality monitoring, invasive species management, riparian ecology, and watershed restoration, with a strong focus on applied science and real-world implementation.

Clint collaborates closely with local governments, regional partners, landowners, and conservation organizations to advance watershed protection, ecosystem resilience, and long-term water sustainability throughout the Texas Hill Country. He also serves on the board of the Texas Riparian Association, a statewide nonprofit dedicated to promoting healthy rivers and informed stewardship of riparian systems.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Texas State University and a Professional Science Master's degree in Environmental Sustainability and Natural Resource Management from Texas Tech University. With nearly a decade of professional experience and a lifelong connection to Texas rivers, Clint is committed to developing practical, science-based solutions that support both thriving communities and healthy river systems.

Rebeca Gibson brings extensive conservation networking and municipal leadership experience to the Kerr County River Foundation board. As former mayor of the City of Bandera and current board member of Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District, Rebeca understands the intersection of community governance and water resource management.

She currently works with Hill Country Alliance, where she previously served as a board member, connecting regional conservation organizations and building collaborative stewardship networks across the Texas Hill Country. Her expertise in bridging governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, and community stakeholders makes her invaluable for expanding KCRF's partnerships and advancing watershed protection through regional collaboration.

Dixon Mosty is an attorney with Mosty Law Firm in Kerrville, specializing in civil litigation. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2003, where he served as Research/Articles Editor for the St. Mary's Law Journal.

Dixon brings legal expertise in commercial litigation, real estate, and fiduciary matters to the River Foundation board. As a multi-generational Kerr County resident and river landowner in East Kerr, he provides essential legal guidance and understanding of property rights issues affecting watershed conservation.

Jonathan Letz brings three decades of public service and water resource expertise to the Kerr County River Foundation board. After serving 28 years as Kerr County Commissioner for Precinct 3 (1996–2024), Jonathan now serves on the Upper Guadalupe River Authority board with a term ending in 2029.

He has chaired the Plateau Water Planning Group – Region J since 1998 and currently serves as president of the Texas Wildlife Association board. Jonathan led the East Kerr County Wastewater Project, eliminating 900 septic systems to protect water quality. With his wife Karen, he operates Cherry Creek Ranch (a Lone Star Land Steward Award recipient), The Garden Haus nursery, and Southwest Turf and Irrigation in Comfort, where his family has lived for over six generations.

His extensive work on subdivision rules, statewide water policy, and flood warning systems positions him as a critical voice for protecting the Guadalupe River watershed.

Mackenzie Wade Partida is a Schreiner University graduate with a degree in communications who operates StillStone, a freelance photography and graphic design business. Growing up in Leakey in the upper Frio River watershed, Mackenzie developed a deep connection to Hill Country rivers and understands the importance of these waterways to rural communities.

Her visual storytelling skills and strategic communications expertise strengthen KCRF's capacity to engage the public, document conservation work, and communicate the Foundation's mission through compelling imagery and design. Mackenzie brings fresh perspective and technical communications skills to help KCRF reach broader audiences and inspire watershed stewardship.
